Chase Burke is a pizza enthusiast who was born and raised in Encinitas, CA. During his younger years, he began working in various local pizzerias. Chase continued flipping pies while working his way through college. After graduating from CSUSM with a BA, Chase decided to take his passion to the next level. Packing up his bags and traveling half way across the world to Italy, Chase found himself in Costigliole D’Asti. He spent the next six weeks studying the art of pizza making under two-time Master Pizza Champion Nicola Gaudino and became a Certified Pizzaiolo. It was during this time that Chase decided he was finally ready to branch out on his own. Not only was he ready to share his craft with the world, but he was now officially ready to create the authentic experience to accompany it.
